At SkinRelief Lab, your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help. Because skincare is a personal-use product, we can only accept returns under specific conditions outlined below.

We accept returns only if the item is unopened, unused, and in its original condition.

To qualify:

Item must be unused

Packaging must be unopened and undamaged

Return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery


Opened or used skincare products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

If your item arrives:

We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Approved refunds:

Typically appear in 3–7 business days, depending on your bank


Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges, but you may request a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.

✨ 5. Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package:

Please first check with neighbors, your mailbox, or your local post office.

If still missing, email us and we will assist you in opening a carrier investigation.


SkinRelief Lab is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
